Hello Beautiful Souls,

When you look in the mirror, I want you to repeat the daily affirmations and let them resonate with you throughout the day. As you say these daily affirmations, please believe them and if you have to repeat them more than once, then do so until you know this is true of you. I love you always and you are beautiful.
